Jae's passion for food has been a constant throughout his life. While growing up with fresh seafood in Boston, he decided that he wanted to become a Chef.


After graduating from the Newbury college Culinary Arts, Jae began his cooking career at Hilton Hotel Back Bay in Boston restaurant named “Boodles” serving American French cuisine.


From there Jae moved to work at “Aujourd'hui” classical French fine dining, Four Seasons Hotel in Boston. Relocating to South Korea, Jae spent years at W Hotel, Contemporary private dining from Seoul.
